Deb Proc is an Account Manager with AMA (Alberta Motor Association). She has two dogs; a 6-year-old Golden Retriever named Levi and a 2-year-old Mini-Auzzie named Mylo. Deb’s hobbies revolve mostly around her canine companions and include agility, dog diving, disc and nosework. Deb got involved with Animal Assisted Interventions 17 years ago with her golden retrievers, Dreyfus and Donovan. Both Levi and Mylo are now certified and love to visit anyone and everyone. Levi volunteered for five years with the Elves Special Needs society working with children ages 3 to 8 who had mental health challenges. Today, Deb alternates both dogs to various placements working with children and adults. Deb was also a founding board member of CAAWLS in 2014 and went on to be Board President for the following two years. Deb is passionate about Animal Assisted Interventions and CAAWLS and continues to volunteer and sit on the board of directors.
